OUR SOCIETY

Thoughts should stay as thoughts or they'll get lost at such a cost
by the ones above who take advantage of you and me (In our society)

Brainwashed by the fools who make the news and make us choose
What's right for them can't comprehend what they've done (to our society)

Something in the world ain't making sense (I can't figure it out)
Something in the world is just not right (I know without a doubt)
Somehow were due to make a change

I've been wandering around my whole darn life tryin to figure it out
What the world's about, what do people mean, what are they saying about me

Thanks for the invite...fair warning, though, the guitar in my pic is NOT an indication of ability. My daughter is the guitar player. I was just holding it for her. My instrument is my voice, which is returning nicely since I quit smoking, Yea!
